When we met, it was the cliche ‘love at first sight’ story. We hit it off immediately and have been inseparable since. He had the sweetest proposal. He asked me and our kids to play hide-and-go-seek. They hid and it was my turn to find them. I found the kids fast then off to find Reuel. When I found him upstairs, he was on one knee with a plastic prototype ring in a ring box from Thollot. He asked me to spend the rest of our lives together. I said ‘Yes’ through streams of tears. I loved that he made it about all of us as a family which was special. Then he explained that Thollot had an unique experience of designing our own wedding rings and the prototype ring was just a placeholder for the future ring we would create together. When we first walked into Thollot, Troy and Joy made the engagement ring and wedding band design process the most amazing experience. They are the pinnacle of customer service.

I got married for the first time at 46 years old and had no idea what to do for an engagement ring nor wedding band. Thollot allows you to custom design bands to the specifications that she really wanted. I just wanted her to have an experience of finding the thing that she’s going to wear for the rest of her life and really liking it. They also allow you to dress up in a white lab coat pour the mold yourself which is really cool. Tera said the design is exactly the way that she wanted it and I agree it is a great ring. However, my experience with Thollot was the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Not only are they both kind and genuine helpful people but they gave me a great deal as well.
