GROUND DELIVERY: 5 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS
Complimentary with all ThollotCo.com orders $499 and under. Additional time may apply to some selections.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: 2 BUSINESS DAYS
Complimentary with ThollotCo.com orders over $500 when available.

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY
$60 per order on all online orders. Excludes Sunday Delivery.

Please note that express or overnight delivery may take additional time if you have purchased a custom design, special order item, or have requested personalization or adjustments. In such cases, we will contact you to coordinate other arrangements.

ORDER TRACKING
You will receive regular updates regarding the status of your order via email; if you have not received these emails, please check your spam filters to ensure your order emails are arriving in the correct folder. Contact us with any additional questions regarding your order.

Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed.

Thollot & Co. does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God. In the event that you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
