No worries! If we can't size the engagement ring in our store, we will order your size. The event discount applies to all engagement rings or semi-mounts ordered during the five day event from the special selection.
Since the special trunk show collection is only in our store for the event, we cannot offer discounts outside of the five days. We have negotiated special pricing with our designers for the event which is only available on the trunk show pieces.
Our goal is to offer the best service and make sure we have a staff member ready to work with you. Because of this, we are offering free lab diamond earrings, discounts on engagement rings, and special financing for those who make appointments.
We can easily customize any of the engagement rings in the event selection. Simply make an appointment. If we need to customize an engagement ring from the event, we will create an appointment for you to meet with a designer using the event ring as a starting design and the event discount will apply. Design appointments must be made the during your visit to the event and a small deposit is required so that you receive the special trunk show pricing.
Since we have worked out special pricing with our vendors on the event engagement rings for orders placed during these five days only, it isn't possible to apply the discount to bands already on order, in layaway, or customized before or after the event. The special pricing is being offered by our vendors and are limited to the rings offered during the event.
