It starts with a conversation.
Bring your ideas, photos, sketches, old jewelry, loose stones, inspiration images, or simply a general direction. Our designers will listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you understand your options.
We will talk about style, gemstones, metal choices, timeline, budget, and how you want the piece to feel when it is finished.
2. Design Direction and Gemstone Selection
Once we understand your vision, we help refine the design.
This may include choosing a natural diamond, lab-grown diamond, colored gemstone, Colorado Cut® diamond, or reusing gemstones from jewelry you already own. If we do not have the right stone in-store, we can source diamonds and gemstones based on your preferences, budget, and timeframe.

When a specific project calls for a specialized skill, we also have strong relationships with respected custom jewelry design partners who help us offer additional options, timelines, and design possibilities.
Pour Your Heart Into ItTM
Exclusive to Thollot & Co., you have the complimentary option of coming in on a Saturday morning and working with our jewelers to melt and pour the gold into your ring mold. While not required, it is a unique and fun experience that truly connects you to your final piece of custom jewelry! If that is not your thing, you can leave the entire process to us! After approximately 6-8 weeks, your final piece will be ready for the big reveal! *be sure to tell us during your consultation whether you are interested in pouring your heart into it!

When it comes to reusing gold, every piece is different.
